1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ok444 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Account Holder") who accesses, registers with, or uses the ok444 website located at ok444.io and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By accessing the ok444 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website without registration, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2 Eligibility

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ok444 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ok444 or had an account closed by ok444 for a breach of these Terms, unless ok444 has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not using the ok444 platform from any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ok444 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

ok444 reserves the right to decline any application for registration or to close any existing account where it has reason to believe that the eligibility requirements set out above are not, or are no longer, met.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) ok444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an ok444 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ok444 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (biographical data page)
• Driving licence issued by BRTA
• Recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address (dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) registered to your account

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by ok444 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. ok444 may decline to process any withdrawal until it is fully satisfied as to the identity of the account holder.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ok444 username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

ok444 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purportedly from ok444 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify ok444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. ok444 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

ok444 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available from the account security settings page. Accounts with 2FA enabled benefit from an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

ok444 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account that shows signs of unauthorised access, unusual betting patterns, or other security-related concerns, pending investigation. The account holder will be notified and invited to verify their identity to restore access.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ok444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ok444 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies without express prior arrangement.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ok444 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw available payment methods at its discretion and without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your ok444 account within five (5) minutes of confirmed payment. Processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or network maintenance.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ok444 account holder. ok444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• ok444 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt times depend on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• ok444 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. ok444 will communicate with the account holder if such checks are required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ok444 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, validity periods, and game contribution rates. The full terms applicable to each bonus or promotion will be set out in the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ok444 promotions:

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ok444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. These rules are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the ok444 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on ok444:

• Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your Bet History. ok444 accepts no responsibility for bets that fail due to technical issues, network errors, or insufficient account balance at the time of placement.

10 Responsible Gaming
